I am also a P90X, Insanity and Nutrition junkie. I am passionate about helping others transform their lives through better health and also helping them achieve financial independence.
I built this
site over a year 7 years ago to share my P90X experience. I have done almost every Beachbody fitness program available and many of them multiple times.
I have never been the type who likes to push products on friends, but I had so much success with P90X, that I thought it was worth sharing. Most of my friends have either gotten on the bandwagon or they are tired of hearing me talk about it. :) It has been that good. After about 120 days of P90X and Tony Horton, I took a short recovery break and started the Insanity workout with Shaun T. Since then, I have worked in Turbo Fire, RevAbs and Body Gospel workouts into my routine. I also lead a outdoor boot camp early in the morning and Beachbody gives me plenty of exercises to test on the group.
*WOW!* That was a long time ago. Fast forward to 2015 and I have done Insanity a couple more rounds, P90X2, P90X3, Focus T25, and Insanity Max 30.
I’ve got a bunch of video of me sweating through P90X and Insanity workouts which will give you an idea of the transformation I was able to achieve. I was coming up on 40 and a long lay off after a shoulder injury and needed to turn things back around. P90X did that in a hurry and Insanity allowed me to push myself even harder. It’s been a wild ride and I am always trying new moves from Beachbody to keep it fresh.
