The all new P90X3 is here. Tony Horton has been hard at work again and this version of the X is a whole new way to workout.

P90X3 is billed as the Accelerated Workout. That means you will get maximum results in the minimum time. The original P90X is incredibly effective and has worked for 1000’s of people, but there has been a lot of research and studies done in the last ten years which have resulted in new, refined training techniques that are more effective at getting the results you are looking for in the shortest amount of time.

Let’s get something straight. P90X3 will not easy. Nothing worthwhile is easy and there is no magic bullet when it comes to getting fit. But! But, we have figured out how you can get the same results in 25-45 minutes that used to require 60-90 minutes if you know what to do and you do it with intensity. You have to have a plan and P90X3 will have every piece of the plan included. You just push play!

Beachbody has not told us the exact date, but I will let you know as soon as Tony Horton and Carl Daikeler give us the details.

There were whispers and rumors about P90X3 at the 2012 Beachbody Summit in Las Vegas, which means Tony and the Beachbody team have been hard at work to nail this workout, making sure it is the most effective home fitness program to date. Some guys I know from the P90X and P90X2 videos are promising big things for P90X3, but made me swear not to reveal the details until Beachbody gives us the green light. I AM STOKED! And that’s the reason I wanted to get this review out to you as soon as possible.

What Will The P90X3 Schedule Look Like?

P90X is 90 days, 6 days a week. P90X3 is Accelerated which means you will get results in faster time. Think, a focused 30 minute workout. 5x a week. How will this be accomplished? Tony and Beachbody are continually analyzing and tweaking exercises and developing new, better moves by combining exercises that involve multiple muscle groups. P90X3 will incorporate these exercise moves that Tony has been perfecting, including many of the MMA inspired workouts he has been showing off on tour. From conversations with Tony we know there will be tons of functional power moves done on the balance ball so that your whole body is working during the exercise as well as other killer functional moves like the Turkish Get Up. Think of P90X3 as an Extreme Boot Camp. Exact numbers have not been released, but check back for updates as they will be released soon.
