Just started the second month of Insanity and it is going to be amazing! I have to admit that I got nervous when I saw that these workouts were now a hour long instead of 35-40 minutes and wondered if I could get through it. I am getting in deeper with the Insanity workout and enjoying it. I just wrapped up P90X and I am easing into the workouts. I do a Insanity workout and then I might run or bike the next day. I am just taking a little break from the "hard and fast" schedule for a couple weeks and then I will jump into the 60 Day Extreme Conditioning program full force. I'm already getting more definition than I had when I finished P90X because I am being more careful with my diet and using Shakeology as a meal replacement often. Insanity is no Joke!

First real day of Insanity with Shaun T. I did the fit test months ago when I started P90X just to see how it would go. It crushed me. As I got into my P90X 90 day challenge I did a couple Insanity workouts to mix it up and they were tough , but fun. I did the fit test yesterday which was much easier than last time and then started with Plyometrics today. It was serious! Again, I am working with a separated shoulder, meaning once those ligaments tear, they do not go back. So, I have to modify the pushup exercises which is a bummer, but not impossible. I got my P90X t-shirt in the mail the other day and now that I am finishing up the P90X Challenge , I am pretty stoked to be wearing it. Silly? Maybe, but I like it. I honestly have not felt this good about sticking to a fitness regimen in a long time and I am pretty proud to have set that goal and stuck with it.
